Z muzyka elektroniczna zetknal sie w liceum w wieku 17 lat, kiedy to zaczal sie zajmowac programami muzycznymi i sprzetem (DX7, TX816). Gdy jako dwudziestolatek przeniosl sie z rodzinnej Kalifornii do Hagi, przerzucil sie na bardziej profesjonalne urzadzenia typu Akai S900 i juz wtedy dawal wystepy w amsterdamskich klubach. Jest wspolzalozycielem studia Mixman Technologies, ktorego dzialalnosc skupiona jest wokol produkcji muzyki, gier komputerowych itp..
Jego kariera na dobre rozpoczela sie od wydania winyla "Wave 3". Po sukcesie tego wydawnictwa nawiazal wspolprace z Davem Dresdenem. Potem byly takze inne produkcje na czele z fenomenalnym "Alive".
Dave Dresden
Jego spotkania z muzyka rowniez rozpoczely sie w czasach licealnych, kiedy to wystepowal w miejscowych cafe-barach, w jednym z nich poznal Moby'ego. W miedzyczasie byl tez dziennikarzem gazet DMA, DJ Times, Mixer. W duzej mierze jego zasluga jest to, ze dzieki jego artykulom swiat poznal takich wykonawcow jak: Paul Oakenfold, Sasha & John Digweed, Puff Daddy, BT (Brian Transeau), Crystal method, Josh Wink, Deep dish, Chemical brothers czy Keoki.
